COMMERCIAL RATES

Half and full day rates are available for commercial photography, film and events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All prices listed are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change based on requirements of each enquiry.

  • Travel charges apply to all mobile bookings over 10km (calculated from Newport, 3015).

  • If location incurs parking charges, this is to be covered by the client.

  • Surcharges apply for public holiday, early morning (prior to 7.00am) and evening bookings (after 6pm).

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings. If cancellation occurs, the booking fee will be retained.

  • Full payment is required 7-14 days prior to all bookings; depending on booking type.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • General Bookings

      • If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the agreed fee is payable (minus travel charges).

      • If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, clients forfeit their full service fee (minus travel charges).

    • Bridal Bookings

      • If less than 30 days notice is given, 50% of the agreed fee is payable (minus travel charges).

      • If cancellation occurs within 7 days, clients forfeit their full service fee (minus travel charges).

    • Commercial bookings are subject to separate T&Cs. Please email Madeleine to obtain a rate card for these.

Madeleine welcomes interstate and international work, however additional travel costs will be incurred.
